Here at Khairos Beauty, we're so proud of the quality of our PrestigeSilk™ IPL hair removal handset that we're offering a 90-day 100% money-back guarantee. 

If you try PrestigeSilk™ according to our instructions and don't get any results, here's how you can claim your money back:
- You must have purchased our at-home IPL Laser Hair Removal handset from our website, after the 25th July 2019.
- Give our handset a trial for at least 60 days from the date of delivery.
- Complete at least 6 separate treatments and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions in clear lighting with details and your hair visible 

If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction or hair thinning, email your 6 photos to us at customercare@khairosbeauty.com with your order number, and we will review your application.

- All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
- ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.

If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded

If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.

12 Month Warranty
If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:

Take a clear video of the defect.

Email customercare@khairosbeauty.com with a sentence about the defect and your video attached.

Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with.

A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one.

You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.

Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: the address provided by our customer care representative.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

*We ask all customers to allow up to 30 business days for the return to be processed, once it has arrived at our warehouse. All approvals are at the discretion of a representative of Khairos Beauty only.
